Okay the festive season is here, so it’s definitely time we talk cheese platters for your Christmas and NYE functions!
This year we have asked three of Melbourne’s most influential cheesemongers to give us their personal recommendations for what would make a knock-out cheese board. Their task was simple: pick any three of our cheese and two ‘wild cards’ to create a superb Christmas or NYE cheese platter.
