http://swissfestivalaustralia.com/about-us/about/This is just a quick reminder to refresh your memory about the upcoming Swiss Festival this Sunday as the annual festival returns to Queensbridge Square in Melbourne for the second time. On Sunday 6 April 2014, Swiss groups, organisations (such as the Swiss Folk Dance Group (http://swissfestivalaustralia.com/swiss-community-groups/swiss-folk-dance-group-alpenrose/) pictured) and companies representing all four national languages and 26 states of Switzerland are part of the Swiss Festival 2014. This is where the whole Swiss community showcases its unique culture, traditions and food.
https://www.alpineexpress.com.au/our-cheese/We are of course part of it and will have a cheese stand offering you the opportunity to buy our cheese off the wheel (https://www.alpineexpress.com.au/our-cheese/) or savour one of our specially crafted Swiss artisan cheese tasting boxes. We’re also bringing some specials with us, such as the stunning Rolf Beeler fondue mix (pictured). Just ask us!
Plus this year we’re partnering with ED’s Breads (https://www.facebook.com/pages/EDS-Breads/219270271560939?ref=ts&fref=ts) . Ed will be selling his delicious Swiss style breads like the Walliser Roggenbrot (rye bread) or the newly developed Basler Ruchbrot (Basle dark wheat bread) along side us. It will be heaps of fun!
